We've caught up with El Purnell and got his answers to these five big questions...

1) What is your show about?

Ecuador’s number 1 comic El Purnell has fled the Police-led Coup in his homeland to pursue a comedy career in the UK. El now lives with Scottish comic Ray Bradshaw and the show highlights both their comic talents and their experiences living together.

2) What has been the highlight of your comedy career thus far?

Appearing at the Comedy Store and in a Channel 4 TV pilot.

3) Finish this sentence: "If you like having a laugh, guinea pigs and bitches, then you'll like my show"

4) What will you do in the hour before your show?

Ring mother and check my donkeys are ok.
