Quentin Reynolds, Comedy Mindreader (Lass O’Gowrie, 21st Oct, 7.30pm)

Winner of the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year in 2005, this comedy mindreader explores the psychic and the paranormal to a comic backdrop of laughter and astonishment. Comedy Poetry Slam With Marvin Cheesman & Julian Daniel (The Northern, 8pm)

The Manchester Comedy Festival has teamed up with the Manchester Literature Festival to bring the region’s top talent together for a poetry stand-off hosted by Julian Daniel and featuring special guest, Marvin Cheesman. Jeff Leach on Society – With Special Guests (Opus, Door time 7.30pm, Show time 8pm)

This 5-star reviewed comic has come straight from packed out venues at the Edinburgh Fringe to give you an unrelenting insight into his weird and wonderful mind.
